:confused: Can anyone out there help me please??!!
I am back in Auldale, on Day Eight and am trying to break into the Jewellers. I have already killed the bad guy that was stopping the Jeweller from opening up but i can't seem to pick the lock on the shop door. I've got two parts picked but on the third bit, the 'sweet spot' just goes round in circles!
Am i not meant to break in or am i just a useless thief?!!
Any help would be fantastic 'cos i could do with the loot!!

go VERY slowly. It isn't that hard at alll.

As said above, if you're having problems, just go very, very slowly. Make slow, large circles with your mouse, and listen carefully, and watch for Garrett to raise his arm.
If you really just can't open the door, for whatever reason, don't worry, there's another way into the shop. Over at the Auldale Canal, there's a hatch (on the side of the canal where the shop is). It might be a little hard to see, but it leads right into the back of the shop.

Bah! Still 2 more locks anyway...there's a total of 4 locks in there, 3 must be opened to go through the whole place...

Hey, I noticed something strange the other day. I killed Jimmy the Knife and allowed Fogerty to open up his shop and consequently robbed him. The next time I entered Auldale, the shop was boarded up with a note from Jimmy the Knife saying it won't be opened again until he "says so".
Was that some kind of glitch or did Jimmy come back from the dead? I definitely killed him.....gave him a nice backstab with the dagger.
Anyone know what was going on?

Must've been a glitch. I've never had that happen.
