Thanks to everyone who helped with the Thief 3 tweaks. :-)
Is there a key bound to "page down" when reading objectives or when configuring options? (Or is there any way to bind such a key?)
So far the worst part of the game is that those scroll bars have no clear method to go down one page!

Put your cursor on the bar. USE THE UP/DOWN arrows to move up and down.
It works fine and you don't need any tweaks.

Afaik the menu goes from top to bottom if you click on these arrows. However, scrolling with the mouse wheel or holding the button while scrolling works fine.
