Hi,
I've installed garrettloader and whenever I load a fan mission I can't view the objectives, all entries are blank. I can see how many objectives there are because there is a checkbox for each, but each line is blank.
I haven't found any topic on this yet. Can anyone help?
Thank you,
Max
nevermind: thought to search "blank objectives" (with quotes) and found that it was the t3main.exe file.

OK, I'm not a slave to grammar and/or spelling by any means, but dude, cmon, you've GOT to at least be able to spell Garrett's name correctly, especially if you're going to use it as part of your username. :p

Just PM one of the admins and they likely can change your name for you, if you so choose.
What maxxr meant by searching "blank objectives" was that he/she did a forum search here on TTLG, and they used the text string "blank objectives" to get the results they were looking for. Try it out, I'm sure you'll get the same.
Oh wait, I did it for you: (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/search.php?searchid=646173)
(and btw, the "Stuff" quote was put in because I didn't want to distract anyone with the actual content of your post when what I was really commenting on was your username).

The wrong T3Main.exe was being used most likely.

it's mr GL himself!
i feel honored!!!
oki, thanx, now, how can i fix that?

The All in one installer of GL has T3MAIN.ZIP included in it (found in GLS install folder) containing the editor version of T3MAIN.EXE, GL will normally detect you have the wrong version T3MAIN.EXE and offer to change it for the editor version. However this doesn't work on some direct download versions of T3 as some seem to install the entire game and editor itself.
However failing that it is available to download at (
http://potterdevelopments.org.uk/fm/files/downloadfile.pl?DLID=7725514)
Rename your existing T3MAIN.EXE file to T3MAIN.EXE.OLD (or similar) and drop the replacement exe from from the download zip in. It should now work. What you may see is that the versions are the same on both exes and so is the file size, the difference is the modified date. This is somewhat of a pain to detect in GL as well, especially if your date format includes dots rather than slashes like in some countries.
