Thief 3 missing videos

I have a version of Thief 3 from GoG.com, I installed minimalist mod and all other "updates" like better animations etc. from Thief 3 guide, but now when I click new game I instantly go to the pre-game screen with no intro. Not to mention, that game seems to be running in 30FPS. Can you help please?
