I am not getting any sound. Is this a bug? Other levels present no problems, but for some reason, Avoiding Mistrust, regardless of the version, is silent. That makes for a very challenging game, regardless of difficulty.
I'm currently using Soundblaster 5.1. Is anyone else having the same problem?
The sound is working fine in every other application and game on the PC.
Thanks.

Still missing 75 loot in Avoiding Mistrust and 50 loot in Lord Raven´s Mansion. Anyone found 100%?

I'm having lots of fun here. It's a super, atmospheric and challenging mission, with lots of choices to make. BUT...
Where ARE these rope arrows of which you speak?
Also, where is the item in the library ? I've looked and looked.:grr: :o

The rope arrows don't have a direct weapon key. You have to use the scroll binds to browse your arrows.

If you are talking about that Golden Beetle in that huge main-hall library of Avoiding Mistrust 1.1.1 then try its fireplace, in front of a guard. (It is next to where a woman is sitting and reading and talking to all of the guards, constantly.) And I believe that the rope-arrows were in the guards' sleeping quarters, in a chest? And after you find them, there should be 3 rope-arrows at the end of your weapons inventory. But the real challenge might be finding the right place to use them? (Try the ceiling of that library, for some target practice?) AND if you look at the top floor of the library, very carefully, you will see a ledge that you can shoot and climb up to with one of your rope-arrows. ;) And I believe that this is all of the keys?
Right now, I have the StoreRoom, a generic Room, a MasterBedroom Area and the Wine Cellar keys. And
Thank you, DarkDragon for a very fine castle to explore! :thumb:
I avoided using Normal Difficulty, for its error, stealthed 97% Loot and your GL 1.41 worked just fine, Wares Master Potterr. (I had to be a bit persistent when interacting with stubborn keys at certain doors, but that was no big deal with some practice.)
And this is a
most excellent location to practice running-stealth moves from one shadow, down a long bright hallway, to another hiding spot.
And a
special thanks to all of our translation team!.

DarkDragon, I have a special request for an over-head map, perhaps?
(Not an ingame-map. And we would just need basic rooms and areas)
So, just a map of the general castle layout for out-of-game use.
Then we could easily Alt-Tab to windows and simply check our location.

Yeah, I am bad about keeping track of details, when I'm into my Ghosting.
Like the Wine Cellar key is in a chest, in a basement room, around the corner from the Wine Cellar, naturally. ;) And here is one for your Rope-Arrow practice, that I just added above.
AND if you look at the top floor of the library, very carefully, you will see a ledge that you can shoot and climb up to with one of your rope-arrows. (Btw, do you need any details about placing your rope-arrow properly?)
Basically, it is still planning for an East or West climb. And you have to place the arrow on the very edge of the platform, to be able to complete the climb, properly. And once up, you should be able to frob the rope or the arrow-head to recover it.
(What's a bit odd, is that the arrow-head seems "missing" in this version? And I just barely see a square-point for the rope? Is the wood too thick or has something else changed, DarkDragon?)
So, does anyone else have any other places for rope-arrow practice?
Here is a very small and short rope-arrow shot. . . Notice those wooden rafters in certain rooms? Just follow the same shooting and climbing rules and it's a lot nicer then a bunch of NOISY jumps. ;)
From a movie, here, there is a pretty unique one that uses a flag-support at the front of the mansion. And to sort of finish the front, you can get one hell of a nice view of the mansion's main entry and its grand staircase from the rafters, mate.
Has anyone practiced some rope-arrow shots and climbs around the swimming-pool yet? (The rope seems about 2 meters, too short and you can climb down, but it is going to be a DROP, folks. ;) And climbing up is like next to impossible, as it should be for proper game-play, perhaps?)
So, here is a small question? Can the rope be a bit longer or should it be kept the same length to prevent too much freedom in T3?

I feel really thick...where is Asceline Burguet's room?
