... wether this is a good idea. I hate to be the joy killer, as I also appreciate this a lot, but judging from the recent flood of lawsuits against people who did similar things, this might be a bit dangerous. Even if mighty eidos agrees, there is at least one piece (accignite vos), that was performed by the band Subway to Sally, and also appears on one of their albums. So I very much doubt that eidos has exclusive rights to this piece.
Thanks for the work, but I fear you may be on thin ice there...

Thanks for explanation, DN. I asked because I already had the oggs of my favourite themes.
As for the sound quality loss, I didn't notice it at all.

guz,
Made a slight alteration based on your say-so. I don't think the band should be angry about a little free advertisment, and I'm glad to finally know who was being that wacky but still enjoyable bit of music.

Most of them make good Morrowind exploration music! Well... maybe not the one about the box, but they are great to have.
That's what I noticed. Threw the old ones into a temp fold not to get distracted. And add Atmospheric Sound Effects and you've got a completely different game.

Hi, I want this music that's played when Garrett's scouting around in the Keeper Library (I don't know what the level was called in the game, I forget, and I don't know whether it's the first time Garrett visits the Library or the second time which happens later on in the game). I downloaded the file Keepers.mp3, but that's not it. Is the music I want even on the site? Thanks.

Thanks.
Too bad we don't have the files in wave which then could be mixed instead of OGG to mp3 (= quality loss). Someone ought to drop a line or two to Eidos.
