I personally think that animation of Garrett's body is almost perfect, lurching view in first person mode aside.

kindof ugly is imho the first-person-view ( jerky, walk-like-a-drunk). For example, running around inside a house, climbing stairs up and down and checking some rooms sometimes gives me motion-sickness. :eww:
(I´m ALWAYS playing in FPV, so maybe animation is not the correct term )
