I'm hoping someone can help...
I really want to play the legendary Cradle level from Thief 3, but I don't have time to play through the whole game to get there. Is there anywhere I can get a save game that will start me off on that mission?
I tried the level skip shown in the Prima Guide (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+End) but it doesn't seem to work...
Thanks!

Sweet, the Fileplanet link worked, the Russian thing didn't seem to have the file still, but thanks to both of you!

On Russian site there were some technical problems. Some taffers with flame-throwers were repairing a roof and occasionally burned up the router.
Now that's solved.

Hi......I am also in need of a save game....I have looked at fileplanet and that is a superb idea...getting all the save games needed to continue...but alas it is 30MB and I only have a phone connection and this would take approx 2 years......I am having a problem with DS....I have survived the Cradle,....HeHeh... and beyond that.....and am just about to visit Gamalls Lair in Auldale....but when I entre the tunnell from the Old Quarter, and load on to the next bit I get the screen appear and then it flashes an error report and says it must close......I desparately want to carry on with the game....I have tried entering the save games at various points and re saving etc so I am at a differnt bit in the gme when going thru the portal but to no avail....Is there anywhere where I can choose to get just one save game to continu this quest?........ I am a woman....in the UK....and not too technical....I cant go into the main files and change things etc.....HELLLLPPPP

Maybe I'm losing it but I tried the Fileplanet (unrared) files and I cannot load any of the game saves. I even played the first two maps (again) and now they are the only ones that show up (even after I nuked my savegames directory. Anyone have any ideas?
I actually at home with the kids at school dying to finish this game. Can't believe I nuked my game saves while cleaning up my pc for a work project.... how dumb!
JonesCrusher - Can you try to download the archive from a Library or a friend's laptop at a InternetCafe to a usb key ?

I am so glad this forum exists.........many hours I have past reading it...from the amusing bits to the techy bits....all these thoughts flying around........thanks xx

ok....this is a post script from my last message.....I have now fixed my problem....I had a crash after going into the portal after the Old Quarter....and before the visit to Auldale to find Gamalls Lair....as I went through the portal I got a split second of the screen for the next level and I quickly saved this start point.....I then get the error message as usual....and It drops out to DeskTop....I load TDS once again and the new save game starts perfectly...and I am able to carry on........
Praise the Builder!!!!! .......for he hath shown much mercy to mine eyes!!!!!.......and thanks to you guys for your help and philosophy.......Hettie xx

My problem is solved also. Turns out that when I restored by Win Xp profile I ended up with two doc directories "my documents" and "documents". I fixed the correction of my last save used the "my document" copy and everything was fine. Almost done with the game too. great game.
