Hello,
What side missions do we have in TDS? I know only about one - Pavelock prison, but i've heard there are missions for the Hammers and Pagans.

The ones you may be thinking of are killing rustmites and undead to ally yourself with the Hammerites, and shooting moss arrows into the Pagan Cornerstones and one of each of the four elemental arrows into the two Elemental Cocoons in the City Pagan camps.
The side quests that have nothing to do with the main plot or aren't critical include:
-Your landlord has been hiding blackmail money under a sewer grate in Black Alley.
-A thug [Garrett impersonator] has been hired to steal a valuable dagger from Cothron's Armory tonight. He will be paid if he drops it into the donation box outside St. Edgar's. / A valuable dagger in the Armor shop is going to be picked up and delivered to a drop off spot.
-Hauknor, a City Watch guard, is extorting the Old Quarter tavern for an expensive bottle of wine every night.
-Crowley, the stonecutter, hid some gems in Terces Courtyard, and the thugs are gonna kill him.
-Fogerty the goldsmith can't open his shop back up as long as Jimmy the Knife is still alive. Jimmy the Knife is usually lurking in Auldale Plaza.
-Derk wants Ramien to hire someone to go to the Tavern in Docks, grab the body on the second floor, clean up the blood, and drop the body into the water without having it spotted by anyone. He'll drop off payment in Ramien's drop box.
-There is a strange creature locked in a cell in Stonemarket Proper who wishes to be freed. He has a map in his cell with him.

I think you can check the dagger goal by dropping the golden dagger from the Citadel into the box. At least that's what I have done all the time.

I think all the daggers are the same, only one is called "the Orincross Dagger", but it's interesting to note that quest can be tricked.

You forgot to mention the Fort Ironwood "stop the reactivation of the Zombies", which you can ignore, and the destruction or saving of the sacred sapling.
These can be ignored without any problem.
You only need to find the crypt of the ghost and not rid Ironwood of its curse.

That's connected with the burial scenery, isn't it? Left aside that also the Pagan sapling might be worth mentioning.

Yeah, dealing with the Necromancer and his Wand or not, and burning or planting the Pagan Sapling tie into the alliance with Hammers or Pagans, too.:thumb:

I forgot to mention that you don't need to remove the body from the Inn either. That entire mission can be ignored also. You don't get max loot if you don't but you can go straight to the Abysmal Gale without doing the "Dispose of the body".
That is if the timing is right and the Gale has been offered as one of the options.
As it turns out, the Inn and the Sapling can be bypassed, along with Pavelock, without interfering with the thread of the game.
The "Missions" Proper are:
Blue Heron Inn
Rutherford Castle
The Hammers (Edgars)
The Pagan Santuary
The Sunken Cathedral
The Seaside Manor
The Clocktower
The Keeper Compound
The Haunted House (The Inner and Outer Cradle)
The Museum.
The rest of the game is optionals in "The City Sections".
Steal the money from the merchant near Black Alley.
Get the landlords bribe money.
Rob your apartment building.
Clean out the Jewelers.
Steal the Shaman's wand and stop the Zombie proliferation.
Etc. Etc.

Other side quests:
1) Widow Moira and South Quarter.
Give her the wine and don't take the money: you will get some expensive reward later.
Take the money: you will meet an assassin, Curtis, sent by the widow later.
2) Old Quarter and Fort Ironwood.
You can help Hammerites to bury Aflred, or you can help Pagans. Search the sewers.
3) South Quarter.
If you regurally (every night) rob the shop, the owner will run out of business after some time.
