Good find, albeit nothing shocking in that post. Let us hope for great ports all around so everyone can get a chance at playing thief in their preferred style! (I'm feeling PC and PS3 for me, just to get the feel of each :D)

Eidos Montreal has not announced console support, so Amazon and Play are only guessing. Granted, they're probably right (at least about the 360), but they're still only guessing.

Hopefully...:erm:
I'm definately still buying it on PC first.

I will only buy the PC version, EVAR. And hopefully they'll release it first and then worry about porting to the consoles. Let 'em shoehorn in third person for that, m'kay?

You know a dev cycle doesn't work like that anymore.
Anyway this is the first generation of consoles where you can 'quite easily' make a successful First Person game if you get separate teams working on the interface and a project lead clever enough to realize they'll have to build somewhat of an hybrid that can bring something to both audiences.

Yeah, I do. A fellow can have his dreams though, right?

I would think Amazon.com's PC info is wrong, as they say the platform is VISTA only..
If it IS true, wow, that's like autofail instantly. We saw how many copies of Shadowrun sold.. lol.
