I would love a consistant thieves highway (Life Of The Party) whenever you are in the city. I don't ever want to feel like I'm being herded along a set route.

A fully traversable City that gives you sprawling rooftop missions like the Thieves' Highway with lots of opportunities to spy on people/infiltrate their homes/use rope arrows to access whores that ride epic burrick mounts and steal their recreational drugs from them once you're done.
