Renz', these smart people really did just decide that the mocap was more important than the voice and all that comes with it. But if you need to go out of your way to justify it, don't expect anyone to follow you there. Stop equating people's concerns with staying in the past, dammit. You do yourself and everyone a disservice, and are just aiding and abetting the money-makers.

I want EM to know that Stephen Russell should be Garrett. Lets come out of the shadows and make our voices heard. Seriously, can we all agree that we want him back and at least try to change their minds? I want to know that this community can work together and at least try to make this happen.

I'm extremely disappointed, but something that would make me feel better is if this new guy has the same type of sarcasm and cynical one liners that the real Garrett is known for.

If by giving him a chance you mean buy the game first...um, no. These smart people know they crossed a line, and they know they will have to weather it, but they also know they will make too much money to care in the end, from people who also don't care.

All the same things are going to happen among the fans and discussions and sales and post-mortem everything as happened with Hitman. They changed the voice-actor and all this played out. It's normal.
