The team has demonstrated itself as incredibly self-absorbed and certainly not lacking in hubris. There will be no getting through to them, and the course moving forwards should be to counteract their astroturfing firms by spreading the word far and wide of how much they are shitting on the IP.

Its true that we wont likely have an effect, and I'll be right there too spreading the word that people should avoid this game, should it be the disaster we think it will be, but I guess I still have that shred of hope that we might be able to affect some change. I'd hate to see our efforts stymied because we were a bit too crass.
Im also thinking I should change my name to Ignorant Slut. Its got quite a ring to it! :p

I said I'd still buy it no matter what, but this was a step too far. I might wait for a bargain sale or used copy at this point.
Unfortunately, I think there will be enough gamers out there unfamiliar with the series who will buy it and EM will make their profit regardless
