There's roughly 15 years worth of fan missions on this board that say the universe wasn't 'wrapped up' or 'tossed in the waste bin' by anyone except the developers

Hey, long time no see, man. How are you these days? Have I missed much? Life got a lot busier for me, the forum changed to Square Enix's style, which I'm not to big-a fan of, and there wasn't much new Thief news to discuss, soooo....

Yeah, ever since that big blow-out back in '12, that place has really tanked...Plus, there's no NuThief community, so that place is a graveyard.

I just played some NuThief to hear some of the broken record quotes again. I think it's "sloop stall," not "sloop seller," right? Internet search earlier said sloop seller, so I figured if it must be right. (I thought everything on the Internet is fact ;) ). I've edited my post to say, "Sloop stall."
I like the idea of Thi5f having load screens that show images/quotes from Thi4f with the quoted medium being "broken records," instead of ancient scrolls and such, hehe. So many broken records in that game, repeating the same thing over, and over, and over again :-o

That sounds interesting, maybe good? But, no.... they meant, "sloop." Repeated incessantly in the game. Turns out there is even a recipe you find... it's a soup:
