I'm a Thief fanatic. I'm one of those people who wonders about the deeper things in the game like, 'Does Garrett wear socks? If he does where does he buy them'. But getting to the point, I have started playing Morrowind. This was a desperate attempt made by my friend to give me a change of scene. True it was refreshing and I don't regret giving Thief just a little rest for now.
This is my question: How many people here play Thief as well as Morrowind?
I'd very much like to know. :thumb:

My first character is a Khajiit thief. Doesn't have any spells, and likes sneaking up behind people and killing them in one hit! :)

I was an avid Thief player for years, but I haven't finished TDS yet. I picked up Morrowind only after TTLG started a forum about it, and I almost always play as a thief-type character.

I've always liked 'sneaky' type of games. I love the Hitman and Splinter Cell seriest. I've been thinking of playing Thief but I'm too busy with everything life entails.
In conclusion, Bronze Griffin is a scouser.

I'm a fellow Thief fanatic and a Morrowind fanatic as well. Mods for both games rule!
My one suggestion - I found that once I completed the main quest, I didn't have as much motivation to continue exploring, so delay the main quest as much as possible. If you find that you feel you've become "too powerful" and wandering the land doing side-quests is no longer interesting, then go finish the main quest.

i've heard of theif but the demo for it was takeing forever...and it wasn't downlaoded...I used to play morrowind but quit,another diablo2 NOO!!!! isn't theif like hexen or something?

Dude! HOw could you possibly compare Morrowind to Diablo2? It's not even close! Diablo2 is a scripted hack-n-slash 2D isometric dungeon crawl, Morrowind is an all-out free-for-all adaptation of Pen-and-paper RPGing, in a killer 3D enviornment.
As for Theif, it's a 1st person sneaker..... everything Splinter Cell is was learned from the Theif series. Hexen is Doom clone with magic type weapons replacing the machine guns and whatnot. Theif is about sneaking in and steeling all the loot, baby... with a really cool story to back it all up and tie it together.

well,in my opinion,diablo2 and morrowind are exactly alike..
doom and hexen to me are very different.
hmm,theif doesn't sound like a game i would like,and i don't know what splinter cell is either!!! i hate myself :nono:
