I wish I'd had the time to play all of these and vote. So far the ones I have played have been fantastic. I'm guessing NV on Affairs of Wizards, and Lady Rowena for The Tower. Dunno about Ashes and Dust (without cheating :p), but it was great too.
Ladies, and Gentlemen. Drum roll, please...

Since the voting deadline is long past and the results are about to be released, it should be safe enough to post my predictions without affecting anyone's voting.
I predict that the missions will come in this order:
The Tower
The Affairs of Wizards
Ashes and Dust
Falling Down
Weekend Getaway
An Old Friend
The Kindred Vault
Bad Intentions
Flowers for a Friend
Vampire Skull
The Homeless Dude
Yume No Rozen
(Unfortunately, I somehow missed playing "Weak Links", so I haven't included that in my predictions.)

Are those averages?
e.g. 1 Story + 2 Design + 1 gameplay( *2 ) = 5. 5 / 4 = 1.25 rounded up to 1.3?

it was 1 space 1 story 2 gameplay, and yes they are averages, ashes and dust raw score was 5 space, 8 story, 5 gameplay. space reflected my estimation that the atrium was a large unused space, the strange stairs from the library to the study on the other side and lighting that was bright in places. story was excellent with an evolving plot, a nice plot twist etc. gameplay was average, i ko'd the ai and had the run of the place until the plot twist happened, even then, i charge the book, drew my sword, chopped it down and ran back the exit point before the enemy ai could stop me.
(5+8+(5*2))/3=7.7 which was how i interpreted the scoring, it was a weighted average of three inputs, but it seems that what they really meant was (5+8+5+5)/4=8.25. this wouldn't change the ordering i placed the missions in at all against my final scores. the entire voting portion of the contest was a little slipshod, rules were never posted on the host sites, and were buried deep inside a thread instead of attached to the first post.
i did email the raw scores in, so hopefully the organizers corrected my math mistake to their scoring, i however will stick with my numbers, they feel right to me.

The ratings tabulation will count "Game Play" twice as strongly as the other two categories. So the final scores will reflect 50% weight on "Game Play", and 25% weight each on "Design" and "Story".
I assume it'll be an average out of 10 (rather thah total out of 40).
So, e.g:- Design 5, Story 4, Gameplay 8 would mean 6.25 (2x8 +5 +4 =25, then divide by 4).
EDIT: ah, Otto beat me to it.

Hmmm, i posted my results via pm to shadak here at ttlg on the 30 Dec. 08.
I activated the "Request a read receipt for this message". My results are still on status "unread". Either Komag forgot to check this account or he is busy with s.th. different.

Besides the final overall ranking of the missions, for me there are two honorable mentions:
Technical Originality: The Affairs of Wizards
Artistic Originality: Yume No Rozen
