I found this also soon available on Amazon UK anyway as well.
Says it includes The ultra rare Gold edition as well. Interesting if correct.
Also It is really cheap too. I was led to believe they could not press anymore of the original first game.

Seriously though, that's pretty dang cool. I hope it's real and not vaporware. I've never played Thief Gold, I'd like to try out the extra missions, but Thief Gold itself is like, what 50 dollars? O_o

Bit doubious too as the first link says for XP/VISTA.
Amazon are selling it though should be okay

Interesting though, you'd think anything released new these days would need to run on Vista. Maybe it's been optimized for Vista (and widescreen?), and ddfix would be unnecessary?

There's been a little bit of chat over this in (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=120567&page=4) Gen Gaming, mostly about whether it really has TG or TDP. It's been reviewed in UK PC Gamer which says that they tweaked the games to work with modern systems so I suspect that's why it refers to XP/Vista.

Mastertronic are now listing it as "In stock" although a couple of days ago they said the release date was the 21st August.

Sorry I did not see a thread over at Gen gamming on this, the links were not there though. They can remove/move this if they want to.

I enlarged the picture from mastertronic and it does look like Gold.
Amazon say 28th I have brought most from there Thief anyway.
Maybe they have tweaked it. Good if that is true.
I still thought they were unable to press anymore Gold or TDP?.

Got mine today from post direct from mastertronic- can confirm it is Thief Gold and not TDP.

All come on one disk with all patches. Will come back and confirm if all work with Windows 7 RTM 64bit :)

Update - well ive installed all 3.

Not quite as hope but its not that unexpected.

Thisi s a one DVD stop and installs all with latest patches already intact with first install.

Thief Gold is 1.37
Thief 2 - 1.18
Thief 3 - 1.1

It also adds the Indeo@5 driver patch which is under patches folder.

Thats it though - still doesnt work with dual/quad procs and not on win 7 64bit yet. (not even Thief 3 -all lock up after start mission click buton screen and no videos) So back to applying all the wonderfull ttlg taffer patches to get this to work properly!

Also strangley Thief Gold and Thief 3 dont need the DVD in drive but Thief 2 does - DOH!

Worth it as a pack for for Gold or if you dont have one of the others yet for £9. Pity the money wont be going to the Looking Glass :(
PCGamer UK gave it over 90% for the pack!

Thief Gold does not have a CD check. Don't know about thief 3 though.

So, a pack that actually has Gold in it. Nice
