OMG i just played the mage towers mission, and i am currently at the opera mission. oh boy i missed a lot since thief gold got released. wonderfull idea to release all thief games on dvd. great job, nice missions. But i am getting a hard time getting in the opera house with all the marble surface. hard to sneak by:bored:

Never played Thief games but i got the demo and game is good (don't care about outdated graphics). So i decided to go ahead and order Thief Collection from ebay. It has Thief: Gold, Thief 2 and Thief: The Deadly Shadows. Since it ships from UK it might take up to 10 day before i get it.

guys, i have good news and bad news. Good news is i finished thief gold for hte first time. now i wanted to start with The metal age, but when i run the mission or intro, the game crashes to desktop. it says that thief metal age does not work anymore, strange thing is, that when i run it without admin rights, it does load but gives no movies or cutscenes. when i run it with admin rights it before the movie starts. i searched the faq but no luck

The fix should be the same for Thief Gold with adjusted filepaths. When you said you searched the FAQ, did you try something or found nothing?
