No, there is no reason to close the thread and hopefully, others who have played the mission will be able to help you out.

Thank you, Nightwalker! I found this mission and its thread only a few days ago, and was really impressed by its beauty... I'm very sorry to see that such an extraordinary mission (rather an artwork than a game to play, true, but a fascinating one) is now very unlikely to be fixed ever, while having read the conversations I think the decision was inevitable.
Edit: I keep looking forward to someone helping me out!

Actually I seem to be the cause for the banning of IronEagle by my conversation as it was the last entry. I am very sorry if so - I didn´t wish this outcome and I didn´t notice it until today. Probably the answers to my comment were also deleted so I can´t reproduce the exact cause for the banning.
Regarding version 1.15 - it´s probably no use to play it (besides the nice graphical features), as there was a bug with a missing switch that will stop you from playing it to the end. Just go back a few threads where you can see which switch was the problem.
The problem seems to be however, that in version 1.25 (the new one, where saving is impossible) there seems to be another bug with a much earlier switch (down in Havocks tower) that didn´t work for me at least, and up to now nobody denied this (I assume nobody played the new version yet because of the saving problem, so nobody can help here?).

No, that's not the case Florian. I won't go into details here but there was a lot more to it than that so no need for you to feel any responsibility.

Sorry to hear that:(. From an earlier post of the author, with a screenshot of the Air Temple gate and his comment that it would open up using the switch(es) in the King's Tomb, I thought I would at least be able to see that area in v1.15 before bumping into that missing switch (yes, I saw your snap, Florian)... and I miss that, because the mission is all about scenery. In the "fixed" version - allowing one single save, but even that only at the very beginning - I've never been able to reach the Havock tower.
Thanks anyway:)

A beta of the next version of my patch, including the crash-on-save fix, is now (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=138607&p=2152154&viewfull=1#post2152154) available. It also fixes the crash on exit from the main menu.
The instructions assume you use GarrettLoader. TFMM and ML are not supported right now. I'll update the post later with some instructions on how to use FMSel.
You can continue from your last good save. Please post questions and feedback in the thread above, not here...

The new SneakyUpgrade beta patch nicely fixed the saving issue - thank you, Snobel! - so I also arrived at the bottom of the Havock tower just to find myself trapped there exactly like you. I thought the switch might actually open some secret hole with a key(?), but I could not find anything. Too bad...

I'm still not sure what version of this thing I should be posting. I was kind of waiting for that patched version before doing anything at all.
