I also tried snobels new patch and it indeed seems to fix the saving bug - hopefully somebody can calm IronEagle so that the switch down in the tower can be fixed again... :rolleyes:

HEheheHE, inevitable? It seems to me a great Word, but it is not important ,depends on the viewpoints. make a mission like that committed much time. He is a very demanding guy, no doubt. Maybe he is not content to "thanks for the mission" or "i look forward to play it" perhaps would want something more exciting. maybe talk about architecture. arches, beams ...poetry ... who knows maybe he was in the wrong forum, thanks for your comment. will refer. Well, this statement would be true if his mood wasn't overriding his manners. I still have a few PMs from him in which he alternately managed to insult me and offer me friendship multiple times a day. And I'm not talking about being simply vulgar or disrespectful, I mean downright insulting and obnoxious. Being an artist is no excuse for bad manners, nor for publishing unsatisfyingly-performing fan missions for Thief 3.

Indeed, this mission is an enchanting masterpiece and I have no difficulty understanding that when artistic inspiration dominates it may make the technical details appear annoying and boring ("stressante e palloso" ). I sincerely hope that IronEagle will have time and determination to accept somebody's empathic help and release the fixed version soon. This will probably iron out the controversies, let us enjoy the adventure in its full glory, and generate the appreciation of this community the author undoubtedly deserves :angel::)

Same here. I was looking forward to the fix, but had to give up again, perplexed and disappointed...:( I also checked the Italian forum, but it only announces the release of the new version (called "version 3.5 Gold" there).

There is a switch but VERY VERY SMALL.
When you enter the tower (before you jump down) you see a hanging latern. There is the switch. You need to be careful the switch is very hard to reach
