Click the scroll bar, leave the cursor there. Then use the UP/DOWN arrows to scroll the listings.

Well...if absolutely nothing else works at all, and you're willing to spend a little time, maybe you should uninstall the game and then reinstall it.

That's the case for almost everyone, but as said before, with the mousewheel or arrow keys it should work. If not well...:erg:
