Until a few weeks ago the list of FMs was not quite up to date on TTLG.de.
I knocked on their door and requested to add quite a few very old missions, including a whole bunch of fairly old T3/T2 FMs.
As of now, the list on the german server is as complete as it could possibly be.
As a result, it might be a good idea to recreate the chart at some point.
In case you find it usefull:
I created a small Java application today that contacts the TTLG.de server and extracts the entire statistics.

http://www.gnartsch.de/Download/FM-Statistics.zip) The ZIP includes the program (along with the source code) as well as the output with the current numbers as of today.
Just run the batch file, in case you have any Java JRE (v5 or higher) installed somewhere and want to update the numbers early next year for the latest 2013 stats.

Looks like you're including foreign (non-English) missions in those numbers. I show one T1/G mission for the year, and 26 T2 FMs so far.
