So I am pretty new in Thief FM world, I feel lucky in some ways since there are so many amazing missions. Right now I am playing through Endless Rain "trilogy" and it has amazing atmosphere.
I was curious if you can recommend any FMs that have that original Thief feel. I don't really care about verticality or anything like that. I was pretty disappointed replaying Thief 2 again after 20 years recently, made me realize I prefer TDP way more due to atmosphere and the setting. I even like undead, they added a lot.
Anyhow, sorry if it is super common question. Number of good FM is staggering, so I am trying to narrow it down a bit.

We didn't follow any particular set of rules when choosing missions for the Classic section of the Mission by Type thread, but as a general rule of thumb we selected missions that not only were great all round missions but also missions that invoked a nostalgic feeling for OM's, so yes that section is just what your looking for, but of course there are many other missions that could also fit that criteria.

Yes I agree. The TDP20AC contest or Aemanyl's list above (though I haven't played Geller's Pride) are very good places to start.
