I finished everything and left the mansion when I got the objective to leave this district, while the city became filled with Ramirez's men. I made my way to the south, but I played this mission before and I don't remember such thing happening - IIRC the mission always ended when I exited out of the mansion.
Is this extra thing TG specific, or is it triggered by something? Or I remember wrong and it's always been like this?

If the alarm is triggered at the mansion, then Ramirez's men go looking for you. I don't remember if that also happens on EXPERT, but if a body is found or you get discovered and the guards hit the alarm, you then get chased through the town.
