So I pulled out my trusty sword to beat down on some Hammer Haunt, and much to my shock, I was the one who got the beat down.
Turned out after some debugging, I think the Thief Gold-HD texture pack may have a bug in 0.9, was hoping others with the mod could also check and see if you're having the same issue.
-Plain vanilla NewDark 1.21
Both swords work great, both tips in the center of screen (when I say both, I mean the normal sword levels 1-7 and then Constantines Sword level 7+)
-NewDark with Enhancement Pack 2
Same, works and looks great
-NewDark with HD pack:
Constantines sword opens up to the bottom left of the screen, can't hit anything with it.
Running 1680 x 1050 @ 32bpp
I'm using the cam_ext.cfg from HDMOD/configs/config_2
The HD pack test was with no other mods of any kind.

I did a complete manual reinstall, no change. I could download the zip again, but these are Checksum'd and usually wont uncompress if the download is corrupted.
Can you indentify the Constantine's Sword graphic files in the hdmod folder? perhaps I can delete them and see if that fixes it.

the problem you have would indicate that the custom Constantine's sword model that was inherited from TFix (hdmod is using the TFixed gamesys, and that creates custom resource dependencies) is not present. I don't remember the model name and have no way of checking before I get from work, but anyway, if the resources are missing from the hdmod for whatever reason, repatching with TFix, and then installing the hdmod again should circumvent the problem, so try doing that - if the sword is indeed missing from the hdmod, this should make the game load it from the TFix resources.
I need to talk with Gecko about converting his gamesys into dml format to avoid these problems.

Hmm, I'm also wondering if I install Tfix (not really sure what it does) might also solve the problem? I'll make a complete backup and give it a try.
