Thief Gold Mage's Tower crash

Ok, so I was playing Mage Towers, and I completed all the objectives, so it was time to leave the place. But as soon as I got to the exit point, the one at the bottom in the sewers, the game stops to get into the intermission for the mission complete, but instead of doing that, it crashes! Every time I try to complete the mission, it crashes. I'd did not set any compatibility modes for the game, it all worked fine until the end of this mission. I'm running at a 32-bit Windows 7 if that helps. Also if this helps as well, I'm using the GOG version and I do not recall patching the game at any point with official or unofficial patches of any kind. If there is a way for me to check which version I'm playing, I'd like to know how to do it.

Please, I really wanna continue but the game won't let me. :(

zip up a (quick)save close to the mission end, your thief.log, and your crash.dmp (should be directly in your Thief folder), upload to mediafire or sendspace, and post the link here.

Ok, I couldn't find the thief.log and the crash.dmp, it was no where to be found. I did a search and I even tried to find it in the My Documents, no luck there either...
But here is the quick save (right before the very end of the mission, all that needs to be done is to walk to the sewer gate) and the crash log (which I think I pasted well, correct me if I did something wrong):

almost sure it's dying when trying to play the mission complete cutscene (also, I had no problem finishing the mission from your save). renaming the movies folder (thus disabling all the cutscenes) should allow you to continue.

the log and crashdump missing is kind of fishy, they should be there - are you sure you are running the latest GOG version? there have been updates in the last few months, so if you have installed from a file downloaded half a year ago, you might not be running the most recent build.

maybe try to patch up with (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=134733) TFix - should your problem be caused by outdated files, the patcher will resolve it.

also, sanity check - the game is not installed under program files, right?

Ok, I just patched the game with the patch you recommended. It ALL works fine now. Should have done that in the first place...
