The object zappenduster mentioned is only present for me when installing and starting the mission in DarkLoader, but not when using FMSel. The object is floating high up in the sky, to the northeast of the inn at the starting point. One can see it already from the balcony of Garrett's room if one leans sideways a bit. The object consists of a wooden door with a wooden chair attached to it, as one can see when using the bow zoom.
I tried one of the candles in the inn's main room, and it could be extinguished normally while using DarkLoader, so zappen's "candle malfunctions" have another root cause, I guess.
Well then, off to the rest of the mission I go, but with FMSel again.

nicked,
I had a blast with this mission. It was pretty hilarious carrying that red skull around outside and eventually everywhere inside again.
I didn't managed to figure it out. I took lots of first alerts on this one but certainly gonna try again. Excellent mission as expected. :thumb:

First of all, that was another excellent mission.
So much attention to detail - the sun shining through cracks from the wooden roofes into the attic, a lovely inn and a beautiful open landscape, providing many routes to progress through the mountains.
I never felt lost and had fun in this rich, diversified sections of this mission.
That craybeast giving exchange for collecting white rocks was another lovely detail. It gives this mission a good replay value.
It was somehow a pity the ruin section was mostly empty, only found a statue with two blue gems in there - no enemies or extra stuff in such a large part of the mission. Or maybe making it harder to navigate through for a final challenge. However, I had hours of fun playing your fan mission and it really was outstanding.
agreed, the bits of pretty sky through cracks was quite striking.
Although I felt lost constantly, but then often found myself back at a location I had made a mental note to return to later. So many little rooms of interest!
I could end the mission, but I'm 1k short on loot and I have pebbles to find...

Well, I've just finished this masterpiece and I have to tell, hats off to nicked. The architecture and the flow of this mission was great. My favorite part was the end with the abandoned ruins. I always wanted to see a mission where a large area is completely unpopulated and this one delivers. Had a feeling of complete isolation while searching through that area. Eerie.
The masked crayman was also a nice touch, cute little guy he is.
Big thanks to you for the FM, nicked!

Zappenduster, that sounds like NVscript isn't working right. It's in the mission zip so not sure why, but you might want to check you have the latest version in your Thief Gold install, in case it's overriding it with an older version or something.
The FM has been fully installed, NVScript, too. Obviously my T1G installation is not up to date ... sometimes I'm tired to DL and install every single update ... :(

I cant get it to load. I go through the options, get all the way to what would be the shop, and then it crashes to desktop. Never seen this before; any ideas? All my other FM's are fine, so its not the loader.
Resolved: it couldn't find something called SQUIRREL.OSM. Fresh install cleared it.
Hi there, I also have the same exact problem, everything goes well untill I reach the "shop", then it crashes to desktop, I have tried reinstalling the FM several times but the problem is always there, my thief gold is updated and it's not a problem of the loader, since I've played several FM's. Any ideas?

I haven't experienced any other problems so far, but I have found an issue with the shiny stones (on Expert). I redeemed a big batch together, leaving I think just 3 eggs untouched. I collected a whole load of rewards from the stone plinth in front of the krayman. Later I found another shiny stone, went back and used it on one of the remaining eggs, and the krayman did nothing. I reloaded and tried it on the other 2 remaining eggs, same result. No reward is forthcoming.

The rewards are at set intervals, not every time. If memory serves, it's 1, 3, 6, 9, 15.

Congratulations on another terrific mission nicked - knew I was in for a treat .

Those intervals felt pretty much as you quoted - you only get a reward once you hear Kreekza squeal, like he tells you, (you'll never be too far away to miss it!).
Met the new family! If only they could tell me what to do with the red skull :p:
