Once you've started that, you could include if there were translated sound files; so, for Thief 1+2 in German: Yes, but none in TDS.

What do you mean by 'unofficial'? Polish translation of TG/TMA/TDS is, by all means, official. It's not some kind of fan-patch, or whatever... It was published by Cenega (distributor of Eidos games in Poland).

It might be helpful to break them up according to type and time (well I'd like it anyway :p )
I think English, French and German were the initial releases and the French and German versions constitute complete translations and revoicings of the game.
The others I think came later (when exactly I don't know) and aren't complete revoicings. Is that right, people in the know?

None. Deadly Shadows has translated menues, briefing-texts and other readables but no German voices.

No, there were no recordings for Polish translation. Just subtitles.
