Big Lots is a chain of stores that sell closeout stuff, here's their store locator:

The ones I've been to, the games/DVD's/CD's are all together so you'll probably have to do some digging (of course they may not have it, or be sold out, I only saw 2 copies at the store I went to).
I got a copy of T.Gold there a few years ago, it was $6 or less.

Just thought I would let you know that I went there tonight and got another copy of Thief 2 and 2 Tomb Raidor games. Unfortunately they did not have Thief Gold. There is another location here that I may check this weekend. Thanks for the excellent information!

I picked up Thief 2 for 8USD not long ago from Half-Price Books, which is a stupid and inacurate title. It appears to be a republish by selectsoft, which doesn't seem like a bad idea for a small upstart publisher, though I don't know how small or upstart selectsoft is.

Thief Gold must be a rare item indeed. Even copies sold online seem to go for no less than $45.
It seems to me that the only way to get an inexpensive copy is to purchase it via an online download, which runs around $20. Even then, you're never 100% sure whether you're purchasing the suppoed "Thief Gold" or the original "Theif: DP".
