Sorry....just that at the forum I came from the search icon was NEVER used...it's not a big part of the forum there, so I didn't even think about using it here.
And if it's really brought up that much perhapes it should be made a sticky. That would be an easy way to ensure people say it before making a new thread.

I'm glad the ratio of cretins like this to bright guys like New Horizon is one to five in this thread. Last time I was in a thread like this, the ratio was about six to one, with everyone raving about how "original" Deadly Shadows was and how much more "vision" the developers had than Looking Glass. And there were those who would try to convince themselves and everyone else that there were no artistic style differences (read that as "cartoonization") between the Looking Glass games and the Ion Storm ones. Blasted fanboys!
As for a modern Thief, didn't Thief II have all the "steampunk" anyone could want? I think that Thief was much better than Thief II because it was more medieval and less "steampunk."
Whatever does "punk" have to do with it, anyway?
