Well my power's out and as I was moving through the house I was struck dumb with inspiration, so as Wordsworth says; surrender to the emotion and in tranquility release it. So I did and this was the result:
Lithely, I walk in shadow;
Dark and sinful is the night
As black as day of no light;
Here I stay with empty bow.
Quiet is the air;
No power escapes my lips
But it does pour from the dips
Of my skilled hand bare.
Forth, I move thru their clear sanctum;
Nary a thought nor word is heard
as in passing I flip the bird.
Now stands my simple foe, struck dumb,
for all has vanished in plain sight
as I escape into the night.

Yes, quite *sips tea*

I made a poem, back in the beginning of my senior year, for Latin class about Thief III.
Iterum tu in urbi,
Ut noster furis qui acutus est,
Duabus magna pugnis, pugnabant et vincebant,
Per hunc furem duos malis decebant,
Sed unus linquebat, et obscurabat,
Noster furis fidus Garrettem, signa legere cupebat ipse.
Sed Custos eum donebant experimento postremus,
Reliquias sanctorum duorum furari,
Calix Structi ab Hammeris,
Et pes Jacknallorum ab Paganis,
In duos dies tempum omnibus eos congrebam,
Et Artemo in aula Terce excipet,
Ad Artemo reliquias dabat,
Et oratore divinum audiebat,
Recens ambiguo saeculo eveniebat,
It's... incomplete as you can see, or at least the only copy I have available to me is. I did finish it at one time, got a good bit of extra credit, too. :thumb:

Shouldn't it be accusative and thus Artemum? :confused: I was never a
lumina in Latin, but I got a really nice homepage for such things. :p

Hmmm... Got me on that one. Gotta keep in mind, this was a draft, so to speak, so don't expect perfect grammar.
