July is fast approaching, so I need everyone to tell me what weekends are good for them, Ill then choose the one that overlaps the most etc.
And I need to get an idea of definite numbers, so I can find some good value B&B's - I will send out PM's to all the people that have shown interest.
Also can I have some ideas for activities, otherwise I suggest a meet at my place and either have munchies and drinks followed by some Thief MP (I have 4 pc's that can be setup).

Any weekend (except 4th & 5th (a fam birthday)) is good for me. If it’s not I will bloody well make it work for me.

Sadly we can't attend as we have several events this summer. However, I am planning and event for several Hammerites to play around an old Victorian Asylum. Still looking for anyone interested who lives in Derbyshire or the surrounding counties or even England in general. We now have several props including banners and costumes. If anyone is still interested please pm me.

Right thats 5 weeks from today folks. With regard to anyone wishing to sleep over we have the following:-
My place:-
* spare room with 2x beds (normal and inflatable)
* sitting room with 2x beds (cushions & inflatable)
Local B&B/guest houses:- (I will update this list)
* Brinns Rockview - £50 for 2x people inc breakfast (2wks notice) 1.7miles from my place.
