Zdravim, člověče nepotřebujete ještě obsadit nějakou roli, nebo jinou pomoc? Strašně rád bych byl při vašem projektu přítomen, alespoň minimálně. Jinak s Thiefem mám nasledující zkušenosti:

Sharp edge prevents people from grabbing the rapier when you swing it at 'em. That is, unless they got really thick gloves.

You know what that library resembles; is that small library from St. Edgars (was it 'Edgars'?) in the Haunted Cathedral. It would be bang on at night; but getting the zombies right would be so diffficult. Perfect architecture though.
I hope this goes through, what an ambitious idea.

And just to speak out my mind about the rapier issue:
If you use the sharp sides of the blade to blow at your enemy, surely it won't dismember anything, but will leave a nasty cut, especially if the swinger pulls the sword back after touching the flesh. You can view how it marks the "victim" in the videos Tony submitted above.
But the fact is, there is no way rapier could pierce anykind of ring / scale / plate mail with side blows, the lethal strikes are made by stabs (which goes through ring mail very easily, when you're speaking about rapier's small edge size).
