I liked the German version of Eavesdropping Mechanist choir, but the German wax cylinder song has got nothing on the enchanting english version.

The German ones are bizarre to say the least...how much of the sound in the German version differs from the English one? And why are these sounds different? The German ones are a heck of a lot worse than the English ones, almost to the point of being annoying.

Might offer some more insight into the Thief universe, you know :thumb: Heh, I like the guitar riffs in the German version of the credits. Rock! :cheeky:

Does anyone know where I can find the tabs for the German credits? The drumming is no problem for me but my guitarist can't seem to figure out how to play his part.

It definitely sounds like Latin. Here is what I could understand:
(valided) in mortem animam suam
et (...)
(instrumental)
ascindete vos sacerdotes et plandite ministri altavi aspergite vos (primeri)
ascindete vos sacerdotes et plandite ministri altavi aspergite vos (primeri)
(instrumental)
ascindete vos sacerdotes et plandite ministri altavi aspergite vos (primeri)
ascindete vos sacerdotes et plandite ministri altavi aspergite vos (primeri)
My Latin is a bit rusty, but the first line should be something like "in death his/its spirit (valided)".
The line(s) that are repeated 4 times could be related to priests and some religious actions.
