The screenshot is taken at the Docks after the "Gamall Revealed" movie. So this is the night after the "Shalebridge Cradle" mission. I don't think this is a side quest. It is probably a simple loot as the purses, bracelets, etc. However, its value was higher than the ordinary loot. I think I sold it for 135g (for reference, the purse cost 25g, most of the common loot from ordinary citizens cost 25-75g). If anyone else has seen this and knows more about it, please share. :)
