As for your problems, Deadman, can you post there? I don't really understand the details of what you are saying. PM me here if you like.
As for the petition, mods are not Eidos employees (we are just fans of the game), so we have no way to plug in to Eidos executives. The best I could do is to pass something on to Grey Mouser, who is an Eidos employee.

And I emailed someone (can't remember) at the Eidos forums about the registration errors: I enter my birthday and hit submit, but it takes me to a blank page.

After finally getting my confirmation e-mail, and logging in, I couldn't start a new thread, nor PM the mods. It gave me that "You do not have permission" page (the same one will get here if they try to modify a post they didn't start, for instance). Nothing more to be said than that. I really don't know why it happened, and as it's based on the same principles as TTLG is I'm sure it wasn't me being an idiot.. But, if you haven't already, I think we'd all like you to forward the petition to Grey Mouser and see what he thinks and who he can talk to about it.
