Also another small problem may happen during final cutscene - camera may freeze in place, so you will be unable to look around during it and you may not know what's going on. It's not game breaking as mission still finishes normally.

I think you get automatically new flare when getting item stored in Bank.

OK, well I did manage to finish. After I got the next collectable, the one from the bank, and put it on its plinth on the ship, I got another fare and the gaame then proceeded in the same way as it had begun: the next collectible becomes frobable, get it and put it in the ship, then you're given the next flare. I don't think that's what is supposed to happen once the reavers appear, but you can finish that way.
