OK, I'll bite. What in the world is a "browsergame"? Is it a MUD?
I looked at your link and browsed around, and still have no idea how one would play this game, and what would need conceptualizing, since that's the stage you're in.
I'm not trying to be negative here, but I have no idea as to what you're trying to accomplish.

What a browsergame is?
A browsergame is a online game which is playable with every actual browser software. Thief-Online is a strategy game. If you know games like age of empires you know the gameplay of a typical browsergame.
There are hundreds of browsergames in Germany so I´m wondering you don´t know what this is :D. I thougth these games are played around the whole world.

Sorry- it sounded like you had something specific in mind using the term "browsergame", and to my knowledge a browser game can be anything from MUDs to Flash games, so I didn't know just what you meant by the term. I'm not very familiar with Age of Empires, so I still don't know just what type of play style you're talking about- or is that part of what is to be conceptualized?
Again- I'm not trying to put you down- just trying to figure it out.

In this case, a browsergame is a way to get yourself cease-and-desisted.

So if you're still in the concept and recruiting (aka preproduction) phase, it's not exactly the first Thief browsergame on the net yet, is it? And by "development group" you mean "me and some of my friends", right? There's nothing wrong with that, but there's no sense putting on professional airs on this messageboard about a project that hasn't got off the ground yet - you're not fishing for venture capital here, but for enthusiastic future project members and fans.
You should pay heed to what Zylonbane indicated - there's a very good chance that if you're using the Thief name, logo, characters and/or game assets that Eidos' lawyers will have something unpleasant and final to say about your project. This has already happened to a certain System Shock 2 project, and The Dark Mod avoided the issue entirely by removing explicit associations to Garrett, keepers, hammerites etc. You need to think about doing the same, as official permission from Eidos will not be forthcoming.
