I'm late to the party when it comes to playing FMs, having finally getting round to playing Thief II in 2020 since purchasing it back in 2000.
The games are being played on period hardware, so new NewDark or mods- just the OG Darkloader and the vanilla games.
I want to start playing FMs for both T1/G and T2 that were rated most highly by the community.
Now that (
http://www.thief-thecircle.com) is gone, it's difficult to search the FM database and select FMs based on those rated by the community. (
https://web.archive.org/web/20050207015104/http://thief-thecircle.com/missions/direct/) Archive.org's WayBack Machine only stores static pages so no search requests can be made.
How can I find out which are the all-time classic FMs from years past?
Is there a modern version of the the circle's Hammer rating system?

Thiefguild.com
Also, thief-thecircle still works fine for me. It’s just very outdated so it doesn’t have any recent FMs.

Thief Guild is great and the most important site for FM ratings nowadays.

Thanks, my fellow taffers!
Re: (

I wasn't aware of Thiefguild.com. That, along with the TTLG Classic list, look like they're going to keep me busy. :)

When I click the link in your post, The Circle loads. Nothing unusual on my end.
