What on earth is the correct term for a gathering of Burricks?
What do you call BugBeasts when they collect en masse?
Is there a proper (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collective_noun) collective noun for a group of Taffers, DromEders or even TTLG Moderators?
What about these:
Hammerites
Mechanists
Keepers
Mages
ApeBeasts
TreeBeasts
I thought we could have some fun with this.
Just come up with collective nouns (not too rude) for the various denizens of the Thief Universe, and post them here.

A wood of treebeasts.
A Dungeon and dragons play of mages.
A swarm of bugbeasts.

I just tend to split the difference and refer to all antagonists in the games as a Shower of Bastards.

A suffering of..
A martyrdom of..
A torment of...DromEders.
A condescension of TTLG Moderators...sorry.

What about ZylonBane?
Purgator on 10/11/2015 at 19:29
I'm quite sure there is only one ZylonBane.......
A foundation of Hammerites.
A contrivance/cog of Mechanists.
A lock of Keepers.
An element of Mages.
A flange/whoop of ApeBeasts.. "Wild? I was absolutely livid!"
A stump/knot of TreeBeasts.
A Benny of Grunts.
An expulsion of Burricks.
A forum of Taffers.

An element of Mages.
That's a contradiction. What about a surprise of Mages?
A balance of Keepers.
Purgator on 10/11/2015 at 22:07
I suppose it is, really.
I like "balance", "surprise" is pretty darn good too.
I love how there doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason to collective nouns, quite a number of them are just plain bonkers!
An array of Hedgehogs? A blessing of Unicorns? WTF!
