That's what ZB was getting at. Maybe that'll be what Thief 4 is called if it's modernized. I thought it was kinda funny when I read that. I guess they can't edit it.

Hah, Rosebud. It's funny, everyone says that's one of the best movies ever, but since I already know the ending, I don't see why I should ever sit through it.

Thief is not Citizen Kane, Empire Strikes Back, or even The Sixth Sense. It has a very small dedicated worldwide fanbase, and really can't be compared to cultural icons like Citizen Kane. On a Thief forum populated entirely by people who have played Thief, no, it would not matter. However on a gaming site/blog/whathaveyou where the intended audience is gamers in general, I can't help but feel that the cutscenes you posted would not be nearly as interesting or impressive as they are to the players, and in fact may alienate potential players because hey, I know the big moment now, why should I bother playing the game?

It's a nice article and I am sure many Thief fans will enjoy reading it, but I'd warn people who haven't played it or haven't heard of it to steer clear.
