Can't wait to see how it turns out. I can just imagine things like different AI; a starting line behind a rising portcullis; some boundstriggers and Qvars to keep track of place; maybe some regenerating crystals and loot along the way that G and AI can pick up and use (sort of Mario Cart like); different courses in the same map that G can be teleported to sequentially. Or a million other ideas I'm sure you can come up with. So much fun potential here...

Awesome, love the gear wheels and vic chair :)
But it really needs a boiler on the back and a water arrow launching crossbow on the front so you could put the guy in front of you out of order. He'd have to hop up, run 20 feet behind his cart and fire a fire arrow at it to restart it.
Or you could have 2 crossbows on front for multiplayer. The other team could extinguish your cart and one of your teammates could start it up for you.
I think it needs to be set-up in a roller derby style.
