A rooftop race? I love this idea!
Kind of brings new meaning to the phrase "Thieves Highway" doesn't it? ;)

Aye, indeed it does.

I assume you haven't heard of undelete software?
Unless data has been written over the same portion of the hard disk, anything deleted should still be recoverable.

D'oh. Smart thinking NV. I forgot about that. Any chance of recovering it TypeRED?
TypeRED on 22/9/2008 at 13:48
i tried it, but you can only recover files if their space on hd hasn't been used for new files already. most files were in very bad condition.
but don't worry, i got everything in my mind.
rebuilding takes some time, but its easy if you know what to do
btw. are you happy with the current kart model?
i'm thinking of making them unique for the person who's driving it
so a hammerite would drive a steampunk kart, a skeleton man one made of bones etc.

Give Garrett a black mach-5, and I'll be satisfied =P
More individualized carts would be cool though =)

Hey great idea. :) I say work on the ones from the video. They were good enough. Then maybe once your closer to release, or after release as a sort of add-on, make more personalized or unique karts. Just my 2 cents. Keep it up though, TYPERed. This is really neat. And maybe one day this project can work with Tos' Thief 2 Multiplayer :sly:

Hey, Garrett has a new way to knock out the guards...
*vroom*
Guard 1: "Hey, What's that noi..."
Next morning
Guard 2: "oh man, its happened again, bet it was Garrett...you feeling alright"
Guard 1: "ugh...maybe, but when I got up, it sure felt like somebody had run me over"

So have there been any developments recently?
