Just a few minutes ago I was playing the museum second map, searching stuffs with the T3Editor, and I was impressed when I casually switched one of the victrolas, and I recognized the Karras's voice!!
I didn't noticed that ever, for two reasons: the last time I played this map, where alot before I played TMA. I get impressed, really, friends, because I didn't expected such a direct TMA glance. The voice tough is accompanied by one of the most famous TMA musics, and some women yells. I wonder what is that ... Maybe it's the transormation process, it were captured when the Mechanists turned some poor woman into a servant. More: at the beginning we heard some kind of machinery, and near the end is present some sobbing. Very, very creepy. Karras's voice seemed saying: "protect".
The incrimined object is this: (

He is saying "Repent" over and over while a woman cries out. He's putting her through an inquisition. It's M10vic3. It has the music for Trail of Blood (m10sadQS.wav), suggesting a Pagan may be the victim. There's the horrible scream, and Karras says "Repent...", he says it again, there's sobbing, he says it again, there's another scream.
M10vic1 is of course, the Horn of Quintus with keyboard accompaniment.
M10vic2 sounds like a Nazi rally, with Karras as Hitler. The crowd sound is huge and outdoorsy, so it may have been meant for a rally at the City Square. He talks about his intended final act, wherby he greets the Builder in the new Paradise, then uses the necrotic mutox on himself for his final purification, then takes his place by the Builder's side. This is a canon-breaker if the crowd is hearing him describe this. In T2, no one knew this was the extent of what he intended.
M10vic4 is a meditiation recording for the Curator's peace of mind. No mental illness, but Curator Milton did have to put up with at least one employee who was being talked to by a Sentient, and had to fire him for his insistence that this was true. The psychological technique heard is commonly used today in all seriousness.

... And you say you found this in the T3 files? hmm....

In the game itself.

Hmmm... why then those familiar sobbing at the end?

Fantastic! :D Never heard this!!
Thanks Jason, you always know how to get this game exciting.
(I wonder who are those morons who applauds, yells and whistles in joy when Karras revealed his plan LOL).
Anyway, maybe Karras whas there when the transormation were going, and just said repent, to emphatize.

Interesting idea.

I wonder when Russell recorded that, and when Ion Storm planned to make the Karras's plan a public matter.
I found another victrola with a registration that seems new-age (LOL): it's m10vic4. From the sensual voice I could guess that it's Terry. Due to my poor ear, I can't well understand. She talks about some kind of box. What she says?
