I hope this is in the right place. I figured Thief General would be the best place for this. Anywho, I was messing around with my favorite mission, LBM, and decided to see what it would be like with zombies instead of the front gate guards. I even gave them the front gate guard property, and it works. The only problem is they obviously dont say "get out of here rogue" and when you walk up to them nothing happens. The only way to trigger it is by swining your weapon. Anyway, I took a screenshot and added the text "Thief: The Zombie Project" - just a joke, thought id share it with you guys. But also, it might be interesting to recreate bafford's with a zombie infested feel instead of guards.:laff: Maybe a run-down overtaken version? Like a return to bafford's thing.
Last thing: This is a hint to an idea I have for
a trailer I thought of for LBM(

Oh man! That fits in with the Mapping Out The City Project conclusion that Bafford's is in another part of the greater Old Quarter. The necromancy has spread out from the sealed areas. Bafford must've purchased another custom import which tipped the elemental scales and left the place full of undead.
I would love to see Hand Mages running around the Bonehoard facing off with the zombies, or zombies running around in the Gold version of the Lost City facing off with the Hand Mages! I brought it up before, but has anyone ever pitted Hand Mages against zombies? Heck, or burricks?

I believe that a proper haunting of Bafford's Manor could easily justify crafting a "tribute" to such a classic groundbreaking Mission. :ebil:

That cracks me up.:laff:
"Huh? but I don't have any shoes!":D
That sounds interesting Yandros, thanks for sharing.
Anyway, about the zombies... I think it has to do with the fact that I set M- FrontGateGuard on them, and also there is no immediate threat apparent to them. (until you swing your sword in front of them) For some reason, that is theeir "i'm standing still motionless" pose. Heh

Get somebody to do a wordless zombie grunt, moan, and groan version of the Bear Pits conversation.

HOLY CRAP YANDROS! That was awesome. Pretty creepy too. I just played the Bafford's Curse. It's especially creepy with the red fog. The rain was cool too.
One question though. I thought converting from thief one to thief 2 is illegal, and vise versa?
