so this isn't a newcomer's playthrough after all! I want my ticket refunded
Red Rork on 28/4/2009 at 09:50
Haha hold your horses not so quick on the refund there. I have already played until the 3rd level. I just have to write it down into a story.
Besides I work 40 hours a week so I don't have all the time in the world. Expect an update soon.
Down in the Bonehoard was awesome (and scary... I don't like zombies)

I never thought to throw the guard down the well. It would sober him right the Hell up!

Yes luckily a blackjack is much stronger then I expected.

Welcome everyone. So heres a question, are you enjoying it? ;)
Red Rork on 28/4/2009 at 15:11
Yes. After being suprised about the fact that I managed to get the game to actually work on XP. No but I really enjoy the game. It's just the sheer thrill of being in a dark corner overhearing conversations or watching guards walk past by you just a few metres away from you.
It's the suspense that's really well done. And I like the atmosphere. I already played till Down the Bonehoard and seriously that level is extremely well done. The little puzzels, the graverobbing, I felt like Indiana Jones but then without the humor and way cooler. And it's a challenge to actually find all the gold in a level. But I won't continue until I have it all. Thief is a good game and I will keep everyone here updated on my adventures in this marvelous world...

Music to my ears, like a Horn calling sweetly.
BrokenArts on 28/4/2009 at 15:53
Call him Quintas, the horn of Quintas that is. I loved hearing that horn. Hipnotic it was......

Had me swaying along with the mesmerised burricks outside that great echoing chamber.:)
