Well.
I have a couple of videos ready to go at this point. They are basically what I was wanting; that first run was just the gameplay. These new ones I've gone through and added all the literature, plus I've got the opening mission objectives screen. They aren't absolutely perfect in every way, but certainly enjoyable to watch. Some minor splice points, mostly notable in the sound track.
It's a little bit frustrating because sometimes FRAPS captures the sound with all this crackling. I mentioned it to the fraps team a couple of times, and never got an answer back from them. So I have to pick and choose where to save my game, and exit out and see if that clip was captured properly. I don't know how many times I've played through Cragscleft and Bonehoard.
Anyway, I guess I could run my own torrent tracker, and just upload the torrents to my homepage. That would be a pretty painless way of doing things. I was going to wait until I got everything together, and then dump it on a couple of torrent trackers. But, I guess the RIAA/MPAA are trying to shut a bunch of them down, so that strategy is looking a little questionable right now. I'm hesitant to use FTP for everything, because it puts the burden on my connection. If I just setup a static page with Apache, and used Coral links, that would be another option; but it would only be good during periods of high demand, when Coral had everything cached one time. Not terrible for the low quality stuff, but the high quality stuff would be terribly slow and un-reliable.
So, what do y'all think? Would you care to download the movies if I setup a torrent tracker with Azureus?

Submitting a torrent that isn't illegal can't get you in trouble with the MPAA or RIAA. Throw one on torrentspy.com for us.

Thief Gold - Return to the Haunted Cathedral
Length: 01.26.31
Video: Xvid, 25fps, 640x512, 1640kbps, GMC-enabled
Audio: AC3, 44.1khz, 16bit, stereo, 128kbps
(note: the GMC thing is global motion compensation. That means it takes a bit more processing power to play, and therefore, will not play on a standalone player.)

I'm not sure what's going on; I guess the tracker went down at about 60%.
Anyway, get the new torrent here. You should just be able to continue it.
