Well there would likely be some sunlight coming through the windows if you play too long due to the sun rise, removing some hiding spots. Guards would really get tired. There would be "pee-breaks".
What if Garrett didn't have his magic pocket that allowed him to steal an entire house full of large objects at once?

Well since they "could rebuild it, we have the technology" for his bionic eye. I would assume he would get a new hand from Karras which in the end would be used to destroy karras.. signifying the irony.

First off, there would be a panning scene through the rusted rubble of the remains of Angelwatch. We would come to a stop at karrass, sitting on the floor hevily scarred... and his eyes open... cliche...
Karrass would rot out and die, becoming a relic, like the rest of KD, as his 'rebuilt' city crumbles slowly with him, as the rest of the world forgets there was ever a lost city... clichecliche....
What if at that ambush at the pub, G didn't have that FB up his sleeve?
