I doubt it would have ended well, Garrett being the 'love 'em & leave 'em' type. Viktoria probably would have strangled him with her vines when he tried to sneak out on her the next morning.

Soulforge is huge so claustrophobia wouldn't have been a problem.
The vertigo might have made it hard to place the second Guiding Beacon because there were some serious heights involved there.

That's easy.
Look for clues, talk to his contacts to try and find out which taffer decided to take a shot at him so he can exact his revenge on him/her.

The mechanists and hammerites would start building massive stone and metal catherals and the pagans would fill them with plants. Also, those little will o' the wisp things would save a fortune on lights.

Neither. Hed exploit it like he does every profitable situation. Hed loot the corpses, rob the now vacant mansions, easily making Garrett the single richest man in the city.
