as soon as I get out of the inn, I have major frame rate troubles. I'm playing on a fresh restart, and I've never had any frame rate issues on this system before... is it an optimization issue?

Clock, you don't need any rope, at least I didn't.
Just walk a bit back from the building, look at the bell on top, shoot a fire arrow at it and than collect the hand on the plate near the plaque with the riddle on it.

I tried that a couple of times. even went up to the bell itself. But you know what, I never checked to see if there was anything on the plate....I will try that this time. Thanks

I had some frame rates issues as well. Is this due to the 'things' used to build the FM? Because I had frame rate issues with Night In Rocksbourg 3, which has similar/or the same 'things' (such as dark textures) as this FM. Sorry for my non-technical language but i hope that i got my point across.

I played a several missions that caused this problem (my own at last too). A fresh upload in Darkloader fixed this in the most cases...I think there could be more than one reason why the game looses FPS, a custom object wasn't loaded correctly, or a sound or too many parcticles, deathstage 12...etc pp. In the most cases it is very hard to find a clue which causes the problem cause of the randomness it appears.

I'm playing on hard. My invisibility indicator doesn't exist. instead I have a compass. is this normal? also, in the attic, there's a note lying on the floor but I can't frob it. Am I supposed to read it?
